Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Debutly, the AI video agency at trydebutly.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to make videos. Keep your login safe; you're responsible for what happens under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

What you give us

You keep ownership of everything you upload: prompts, screenshots, recordings, logos and links. You give us permission to use it only to make, store and deliver your videos and to run the service. Only upload material you have the right to use.

Your videos

Videos made for you are yours to use anywhere, including commercially. Free-plan videos carry a Debutly watermark.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content.
• No videos that impersonate people or companies you don't represent.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Each video, including a new cut, uses one video from your plan's monthly allowance. Payments are handled by Stripe.

AI-generated work

Debutly uses AI to write and design videos. We work hard to use only facts from your own site and brief, but please review a video before you publish it.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. We can suspend accounts that break them. You can delete your account at any time.

Liability

Debutly is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
