Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
Debutly sells subscriptions and video packs for its AI video service at trydebutly.com. Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles payments, taxes and invoices.
Payments are final
Every payment is final once it has been processed: subscription payments (monthly or yearly), renewals, plan upgrades and video packs are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused videos, unused time on a plan or a plan you forgot to cancel. Because every video you make uses real production work the moment it starts, we can't take back what has been used.
Try before you pay
The Free plan lets you make a real video before you pay anything, and every video can be edited for free after it's made, so you can judge the quality first.
Cancelling
- You can cancel a subscription at any time in Billing → Manage billing, in a couple of clicks.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your videos stay yours.
- Downgrades and plan changes apply straight away and are prorated as a credit or charge on your next bill, never paid out as a refund.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live. If you're a consumer with a legal right to withdraw from a purchase (for example within 14 days in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland), that right applies as described in Paddle's refund policy — including when it ends because you asked us to start making your video straight away.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged in error, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
