Privacy Policy

This page explains what Debutly collects, why, and who helps us run the service. We never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and sign-in method.
• What you give us to make videos: prompts, uploads, website links and brand details.
• What we read from the public website you link to, to match your brand.
• Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Product usage events, to understand what works and fix what doesn't.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Anthropic: AI that writes and plans your videos.
• ElevenLabs: AI voiceover, when you turn it on.
• Amazon Web Services: video rendering.
• Stripe: payments. Resend: email. PostHog: product analytics.

How long we keep it

Your projects and uploads stay until you delete them or your account. When you delete your account, we delete your data, except what we must keep for tax and billing records.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account at any time in Settings. To get a copy of your data, email us and we'll send it.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to improve the product.
